Lucien Debray
Secretary to the Minister of the Interior. He works in Baron Danglars office and is friends with Albert de Morcerf. He had an affair with Baroness Danglars. They scheme, using Baron Danglars' money to gain a fortune trading stocks in the stock market. When they are eventually discovered, Debray splits the money, 1.2 million francs each, and they part ways.
